The usage of "Us", "We", "Our", "Site", "the Company" and "Ours"
shall constitute reference to Art Fort, LLC /dba/ FreshLook Photography and the usage
of "you", "your", "they", and "them" shall refer to client / customer of FreshLook Photography.
Please read the following Terms of Service carefully before using or
ordering any of our products, so that you are aware of your
legal rights and obligations with respect to FreshLook Photography and its
affiliates and subsidiaries.
YOUR ACCOUNT
If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality
of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer,
and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under
your account or password. FreshLook Photography and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse service,
terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.
SHIPPING and HANDLING
FreshLook Photography offers express shipping only. Currently we use FedEx and TNT.
However the most long part is printing photographs 'cause it will be done by hand.
Thus the difference between the time you've ordered and the time you will receive
the print(s) may take up to 3 weeks. It depends of complication of printing and the
country you reside.
RISK OF LOSS
All photographs purchased from FreshLook Photography are made pursuant to a shipment contract.
This means that for every package we will receive a receipt from you as a proof of delivery.
If no receipt was received within a reasonable time you will get a full refund of your funds.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
FreshLook Photography company describes the products offered on the site as accurately as possible.
If a product offered by FreshLook Photography and purchased by you is not as shown,
your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition for a refund or credit.
APPLICABLE LAW
By visiting the site, you agree that the laws of the state of California,
without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern this Terms and
Conditions of Use agreement and any dispute of any sort that might arise
between you and FreshLook Photography relating to that agreement.
