Processing generally begins with 24 to 48 hours of order receipt.  The processing timeline includes:

•    Address verification
•    Credit card verification
•    Printing the photograph

Your order will be neatly wrapped in discrete packaging and sent via post method you choose during checkout process. Orders can be sent as gifts to your friends or relatives if you provide their delivery address while ordering. Since all orders are sent by express post with notification, all orders can be accounted for and cannot get lost.

Please allow up to three weeks for shipping, however you will usually receive your order sooner. We do not have a minimum order, however it is wise to bundle up your purchases in one order to take advantage of our free shipping promotion.

Used or damaged print(s) cannot be returned and will not be accepted. Claims for returns will only be accepted within 30 days from receipt of print(s) and with authorization. Do not send the print(s) to us under any circumstances without authorization. Authorization for returns may be requested by contacting us via email or fax. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
